Fortunately, there are certain foods that raise the level of melatonin in the blood and help people with sleeping problems.
The pineal gland is an endocrine gland in the brain that secretes melatonin. Furthrmore, this gland also regulates the circadian cycle i.e. the sequences that regulate the sleeping. A healthy pineal gland can secrete melatonin only when we are relaxed, or when we sleep. Moreover, the gland can secrete melatonin even during meditation and visualization. In addition, the fluorine may cause some troubles for the pineal gland. Because of its biochemical properties, the pineal gland attracts the fluorine from the body. Therefore, if the pineal gland reaches a certain quantity of fluoride it will begin to calcify, and it starts to work poorly or very poorly. For most of the middle-aged people, especially the ones that are constantly under stress, the production of melatonin gradually weakens. But still, this often results with chronic insomnia, which has the potential to increase the risks of developing various diseases as we age, from chronic fatigue to dementia.
